Have you ever stayed in a Prison? How about a luxury prison? Well I have and it was the first time I've spent time behind bars. I really fancied a luxurious mini break and what better place to go to than Oxford. Its a beautiful place enriched with so much history and you can see it all in just 2 days. As a surprise for my boyfriend, I booked the Malmaison hotel. It was an incredible hotel and we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel too. It included it in the whole package. The restaurants food was super tasty. It was a three course meal and you could choose anything you wanted from the A la carte menu, the portions weren't over the top but prepare yourself to have a food baby by the time you've finished dessert. All in all it was a magnificent city to explore and I had a great time! Recommended by a friend we checked out the Turf Tavern, we ended up having lunch there and it was delicious and not overpriced so I'll now pass on the recommendation!
